The actors (the Dx group) and the audience (all the hams) are in a building whose owner does not agree to exhibiting the play in this area.
However, the actors, blinded, strive for popularity at all costs, and the audience eagerly applauds them, disregarding the owner and social rules.
This happens quite often, but the administration (ARRL DXCC Committee) supervising the cleanliness of rental rules does not control the market situation and takes care of its own tables.

If Mount Athos operation was legal why the team do not make another operation ? There is still big demand for QSOs . (Same towards P5/…. operation. There were promises that soon will be next operation…).
